Know Before you Go
Presentations & Mobile App
The event platform will be available soon. Look for an email from RD Mobile. After that, you can use your computer or mobile device to browse educational sessions, view abstracts and presentations, and locate meeting rooms. You will also need to have access to the event platform in order to participate in the session Q&As.
The poster presentations and surgical films will be available on the event platform starting on Friday, March 15. All other presentations, including abstracts, will become available on the event platform the morning of the day they are presented.
Some sessions will be live streamed on the event platform, and they are indicated with a star on the schedule of events. However, all live education sessions will be recorded and accessible through the on-demand page of the event platform within 48 hours, until May 19, 2024. After that, select recordings will all be available on SGO ConnectEd.
Accreditation Information
Attendees can earn up to a total of 26.75 continuing education (CE) credits!
Important accreditation information, including the learner notification and financial disclosures, are available on our website.
Evaluations
Evaluations can be accessed through a link that will be sent through email each day during the Annual Meeting on Women’s Cancer. Attendees must complete session evaluations, as well as the overall evaluation, to claim CE credit.
Registration
Registration is located in the Hall GH Registration Foyer, and open during the hours listed below. Please be sure to bring your ID with you to claim your conference badge. Attendees must wear their conference badges while attending all meeting functions, including social events. Should an attendee lose their badge, a $50 re-print fee will be charged.

Social Event: Disco Fever at Nova SD Nightclub!
Get ready to boogie down and groove the night away at the SGO Social Event! We’re turning up the disco vibes at Nova SD Nightclub in the heart of San Diego’s Gaslamp District. Note: Only individuals 21+ may participate in this event.
Dress Code: Sequins, platform shoes, and groovy outfits are highly encouraged.

Nova SD is a 5–10-minute walk from meeting hotels. Shuttle transportation will also be available starting at 6:45 p.m. from the Hilton Bayfront and Omni, running continuously until 11:00 p.m.
Hilton Bayfront: Shuttles will depart from Gull Street, located down the escalator from the Main Lobby.
Omni Hotel: Shuttles will depart from the island just outside the Main Lobby.

Education Forum: It’s All About the Patient: Emerging Science and Our Opportunity

This session will present new information, followed by a panel with patient and provider reactions to the topics presented. This will be a spectacular opportunity to hear content and perspectives from the patient voice as we consider emerging scientific discovery and design a most impactful future research agenda.
Patient & Advocate Education Forum

Patients and their care partners are invited to a free FWC educational forum. This forum will be an opportunity to learn about the most recent developments and breakthroughs in gynecologic cancer and connect with patients, survivors, advocates, and healthcare professionals. In addition to the rich scientific and medical information that will be shared, the agenda includes wellness and restorative information as well as special movement activities and networking.
Patient Advocate Hope Award Poster Walk

The second annual Patient Advocate Hope Award Poster Walk gives participants a chance to review key research and engage with lead investigators. This participation is not just “helpful,” but promises to be inspirational to survivors and advocates. Five researchers will present and answer questions on their posters. After, attendees will be able to vote for the next winner of the Patient Advocate Hope Award.
