Kimberly (Kim) Hoarle, MBA, CAE

Kim is the CEO of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology and the Foundation for Women’s Cancer. She previously served as the CEO at the American Burn Association where she grew revenue by 89% and membership by 57% during her seven-year tenure. She has worked in association management for over 25 years, including roles with the American Society of Healthcare Risk Management at the American Hospital Association, the American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Academy of Periodontology.
She has extensive experience in strategic planning, governance, financial management, and membership services, and has also has expertise in education, marketing, international affairs, and physician leadership development. Kim is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) with an undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and an MBA from Roosevelt University.
