Join the Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO) for a webinar focusing on foundational principles of ostomy creation, care and reversal in gynecologic oncology surgery.
Content will include technical recommendations for creation of multiple types of ostomies, post-operative ostomy care, management of ostomy complications and fundamental steps of reversal. Troubleshooting, common pitfalls and pearls of wisdom from experts will be presented.
This webinar, being organized by the SGO Surgical Education Subcommittee, is targeting junior surgeons who desire more confidence in these procedures and senior surgeons who desire a review of the tenets associated with high surgical quality. Content will be presented live and there will be an opportunity to submit questions to the presenters.
