The SGO Annual Meeting on Women’s Cancer® is the premier educational and scientific event for professionals dedicated to advancing gynecologic cancer care. It brings together experts in treatment, research, and policy to drive progress through cutting-edge scientific discoveries, educational programs, and valuable networking opportunities. The meeting covers a wide range of topics, including novel therapeutics, prevention strategies, healthcare equity, surgical advancements, and the evolving medical landscape. By promoting multidisciplinary collaboration, the event not only advances the field but also supports the professional growth of attendees, shaping the future of gynecologic oncology
Attendees from outside the United States are eligible for discounted registration fees based on their country’s income level. To determine your eligibility, check your country’s classification using the World Bank’s Country Classification system.
Non-Members: If you are not a member of SGO and would like to apply for membership, please complete an application.
Registration Category Descriptions
Physician/Scientist: This category is intended for physicians, or non-physicians with a PhD or equivalent.
Trainee: This category is intended for fellows, residents, and students.
Allied: This category is intended for allied health professionals. Examples include clinical nurse specialists, nurse practitioners, clinical trial data managers, field researchers, genetic counselors, medical practice management professionals, registered nurses, patient navigators, case managers, pharmacists, physician assistants, psycho-oncology professionals, public health practitioners, radiation technicians, social workers, and patient advocates.
Guest: Guest registration is for spouses, partners, companions, and immediate family members of meeting attendees who are age 21 and older. Guests have access to the exhibit hall, meal functions, and social events. A guest is not a colleague of the attending registrant nor office staff of the attending registrant. Guests will not receive CE credit.
Industry Professional: This category is intended for non-physician employees of a commercial company including credentialed individuals, such as PhD, PharmD, or MBA. Commercial companies are defined as those involved in research, development, production, manufacturing, and/or sales of oncologic-related products or services These individuals must have a legitimate educational or business reason for attending the SGO 2025 Winter Meeting but are not exhibiting. Examples include, but are not limited to, distributor, manufacturer, prospective exhibitor, medical/pharmaceutical sales, medical director, and industry research.
Commercial Business Interest: This category is intended for non-medical employees of financial institutions or business enterprises. Commercial companies are defined as those involved in research, development, production, manufacturing and/or sales of oncologic-related products or services. This includes but is not limited to banks, hedge funds, investment companies, and marketing/consulting firms. The Commercial Business Interest registration category is for those who only have a business reason for attending SGO 2025 Winter Meeting and are not exhibiting.
Senior Members and Honorary Members: These categories are intended for professionals who hold an SGO Senior Membership or have been awarded an SGO Honorary Membership. If you have any questions, please contact meetings@sgo.org.
Please note that all members will have the option to add their dues renewal to their registration.
Virtual Attendance
Virtual attendees will have access to the SGO 2025 Annual Meeting on Women’s Cancer event platform, where you can watch live-streamed sessions, explore on-demand content, view posters and surgical films, and browse exhibitor information. You can also connect with presenters in real time using the chat function and network with other attendees through the attendee directory.
Registration Cancellation and Substitution Policy
In-person Annual Meeting registrations may be transferred to a virtual registration up until February 14, 2025, without penalty. After February 14, 2025, no refunds nor transfers will be granted. There will be no refunds granted for virtual registrations or for non-attendance at the SGO 2025 Annual Meeting on Women’s Cancer. All requests must be sent via email to sgo@maritz.com.
If unable to attend the meeting, it is permitted to have a substitute. If the substitute’s registration fee is more, the registration will be held until the balance is paid and the written request for substitution is complete. The deadline for substitution requests is February 28, 2025. No substitution requests will be processed on-site, and refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
