Diversity in Clinical Trials Career Development Program Clinical Trials Workshop

In partnership, the Bristol Myers Squibb Foundation and National Medical Fellowships have created the Diversity in Clinical Trials Career Development Program, a two-year program designed to support the career development of early-stage investigator physicians underrepresented in medicine, or physicians who have a demonstrated commitment to increasing diversity in clinical research, to become independent clinical trial investigators who are engaged in advancing health equity. The American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) is organizing a Clinical Trials Workshop on Nov. 6-11, 2021, as part of this program. The workshop is designed to increase the reliability, reproducibility, and effectiveness of clinical trials by introducing physicians to the principles of good clinical trial design. Interested applicants are required to submit a Letter of Intent by May 28 to be considered for the 2021 program, with the full application process ending on July 2. LEARN MORE
