April is recognized by the U.S Department of Health and Human Services as National Minority Health Month. As the COVID-19 pandemic continues and disproportionately impacts minority groups, now is an important time to address these inequities. This year’s theme is #VaccineReady and the campaign’s goal is to empower communities to proactively practice COVID-19 safety measures, get the facts about COVID-19 vaccines, share accurate vaccine information, participate in clinical trials, and get vaccinated when the time comes. As April winds down, here are resources you can share with your patients.
