Call for Editors-in-Chief: Gynecologic Oncology and Gynecologic Oncology Reports

Gynecologic Oncology, the Official Journal of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology (SGO), is seeking a new Editor-in-Chief as the present Editor-in-Chief, Beth Karlan, MD, is stepping down from the Journal after 15 years of distinguished service. This position requires an individual committed to publication excellence and advancement of the field of gynecologic cancer, and must be a Full Member in good standing of the SGO. The Editor-in-Chief may also hold a joint appointment with the Journal’s companion title, Gynecologic Oncology Reports. The initial five-year term will officially begin Jan. 1, 2022. Gynecologic Oncology Reports, the companion title to Gynecologic Oncology, is seeking a new Editor-in-Chief as the present Editor-in-Chief and founding Editor, Beth Karlan, MD, is stepping down after 10 years of distinguished service. While in the past the Editor-in-Chief of Gynecologic Oncology has served a dual role as Editor-in-Chief of Gynecologic Oncology Reports, we are now seeking a dedicated Editor-in-Chief for Gynecologic Oncology Reports. The Editor-in-Chief may also hold a joint appointment with Gynecologic Oncology, to help ensure alignment between the journals. This position requires an individual committed to publication excellence and advancement of the field of gynecologic cancer, and must be a Full Member in good standing of the SGO.
